the hotel was super lovely, really clean and felt safe being in the city center. huge windows gave us a nice view across the city. the breakfast was bomb, had a ton of choices and the pancakes were amazin! the staff were also really friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome. would totally come back!

only thing was that the check-in was a bit confusing, no reception desk so we had to wait a bit. also, the shower area could be slippery when wet, just be careful getting in and out.

I loved the 'Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds' theme throughout the hotel. The decor was delightful, and the spacious layout made me feel comfortable and safe, especially enjoying the complimentary continental breakfast available in a bright, welcoming area.

Had a blast with friends exploring the Cavern Quarter and enjoying fresh breakfasts each morning. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect for our trip to the famous Beatles spots. Plus, we loved the comfy rooms and how clean everything was!

I had a fantastic time during my stay, as the hotel is just a short stroll to both the lively Cavern Quarter and the picturesque Royal Albert Dock, making it easy to soak in the city's rich culture and history.

Every corner reflects the fab Beatles vibe, making it a unique experience for fans! I loved the cozy Queen Room, perfect for a good night's sleep after exploring local music history. Plus, the 24/7 coffee station kept me energized with delicious hot drinks!

The room was quite spacious and had a comfy bed, which was a plus. There were extra pillows in the wardrobe, and it was clean. The bathroom, though, felt a bit cramped with that pod-style layout. It worked for basic things, just wasn’t ideal. Also found someone else's socks left behind, which was a bit off-putting. it was alright for a night or two, just some cleaning details could be improved.

The room was well-equipped with a flat-screen TV, coffee machine, and air conditioning. The private bathroom had a walk-in shower with body soap and shampoo. Towels and free toiletries were provided. The location was super central, making it easy to explore Liverpool. Breakfast had loads of options, including smoothies and unique chia pudding.
